  • 2/3 cup of dark cocoa powder
  • 1 ¾ cup of all purpose flour
  • A ¾ cup of milk

  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 ½ cup of chocolate chips
  • Brown sugar 1 ¼ cup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A ½ cup of vegetable oil

RECIPE:


  • Preheat the oven at 350°F and the 15 muffin cups.
  •  Pour the milk and mix in the vinegar.  Keep the mixture aside. 
  • Take a large bowl to add and whisk the flour, cocoa, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder. Stir in the chocolate chips. 
  • Pour the milk, eggs, and vanilla into the flour mixture and stir. Add the oil and stir until just combined.
  • Fill each paper liner 3/4 with the batter and bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow the muffins to cool and enjoy the delight.
